Work Stationery
We are trying to make sure that you have all that you need to be fully equipped to work from home. In case you need to take any of your equipment from the office (screen, keyboard, mouse, chair, etc.) you are welcomed to come in and collect it. Please contact Ops in case you will not be able to come to the office to collect it and we will try to help.
In case you have an internet connection problem at home, please use your cellular as a modem and contact us if you need our support with that.
Facility Guidelines: TLV Office
Starting April 12th, there is a duty to wear a face mask in public areas. Therefore, please use a mask in ALL places in the building - entrance, lobby, elevator, 7th floor, balcony, etc. There is no obligation to wear a mask when an employee is staying in a closed or separated place without another person. Provided you are alone in a meeting room- mask can be removed.
A distance of 2 meters must be maintained between one another at all times.
Every employee coming to the office will have to go through a temperature test by the guard upon arrival; If the thermometer shows 38 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed in. Furthermore, Before entering the building, employers will ask the following questions: - Are you coughing? - Did your body heat exceed 38 degrees in the past week? - Have you been in close contact with a corona patient in the past two weeks? Anyone who answered yes to any of the questions will be denied access, with the exception of those coughing due to a chronic condition such as asthma or allergies.
Elevator use - no more than two passengers in the elevator is allowed.
In case you arrive at the office to take equipment or to work for a few hours, do not bring in anyone who is not a company employee. You can contact HR or OPS for any questions or concerns.
